The process of producing the artificial skin(2009.03.07)
I put oil clay for artificial skin gel on the silicone mold.
I covered the oil clay with plastic wrap.
The paper clay is for the skull.
I poured plaster over the paper clay to make the reverse side mold of the skull.
I took out the hardened mold which was covering the plastic wrap.
The plastic wrap, paper clay and oil clay on the cheek were removed.
I put the reverse side mold on the oil clay and poured FRP between them to make the skull.
After 12 hours, I removed the plaster mold and take oil clay away.
The skull has been completed.
I covered the eyes and cheek with oil clay and used it as the inside mold to make the skin.
I placed the plaster mold that I just made onto the silicon mold, and poured artificial human skin gel between the two molds.
The artificial human skin is completed.
