The modeling process of Ms. Jang Geum robot's head (No.2)

(1) I put the head that I produced on Sep. 28, 2008 on an old newspapers.

(2) I poured liquid plaster with a spoon over parts that are going to become the skin on the face.

(3) The plaster needs to be about 7-10mm thick so that it won’t crack easily.

(4) When it became hard, I cut it to some parts with a utility knife and removed the styrene head.

(5) I washed clay away from the plaster mold to complete it.

(6) I assembled the mold by putting some liquid plaster between the parts to put them together.

(7) It took half a day to complete it.
