"Clown of the prescription" who is the Invisible Man putting on a watch and sandals sitting on the swing from clouds in the sky is showing his own picture with smoking a cigarette.
	"The overhead highway in the extension is likely to become semi-underground for the reason of damaging the view toward the sea. If so, people will have to cross the overpass to watch the sea because a big ditch and obstacle will appear between the sea and the land. As if the hands of clock turned around adversely, wouldn't we please reconsider about the way to construct the highway once again? Wouldn't we think twice about the new way that anyone including elder persons, children and disable persons will be able to go to the sea smoothly together? For example, how about the overhead highway which won't damage the view? If so, anyone will be able to move under the highway planarly to the sea and we will be able to get an extra space such as the open spaces, the courts for gate ball or tennis, the public parking lots under the highway.". The clown of the prescription is murmuring.
