Proposal contents "Sky Plaza"

This "plaza" consists of a green plaza, a water plaza and the European style building. The people's flows are centralized on the arc-shaped main street to enliven it always (there is no step everywhere for the elder and disable persons) Because there are the business facilities on the first floor of the building and the residence for workers of the first floor on the second and third floors, this plaza makes visiters feel the intimate atmospheres. The green plaza is not only an oasis but also the event plaza for rainy day time by pitching a temporary tent between a sail and neighbor buildings. The sail with the wind-generated electricity facilities on the roof is available for the verticality move between here and the lower level under the artificial ground.
